Hi, I hope that everyone is planning on
having a good summer and doing all the things that summer fun can bring. Summer
camp is almost upon us and if you are intending on coming to camp this year now
is the time to act. Enclosed with this letter is your health form and a
calendar for the week to be filled in with your merit badge plans. When you arrive at camp you must bring your health
form and the calendar. Do not mail either of these two items to me.
We are attending summer camp for two weeks.
Week 1 is August 11-18, week 2 is August
18-25. Plan on arriving at Yawgoog no earlier than 3:30 PM, as we are not
allowed into the campsite until 5:30 PM. Those of you attending the second week
August 18-25 please advise me if you intend on coming up to Yawgoog on
Saturday, August 17th as I will not be able to honor all of your
requests (it has caused problems in the past for me).
Our campsite for the two weeks is Wells
Fargo at Camp Three Point.
The cost for summer camp for the 2002
season is $236.00 dollars per week.
There is a $10.00 discount for the second week if you attend both weeks. There
is a $10.00 discount for each additional scout in the same family that attends
camp the same week.
Please use the bottom of this form and
make your reservations early (please no email reservations). A non-refundable $50.00 dollar deposit
for each week attending is required by June
15th payable to Troop 2 Bronxville. I must receive the balance for each boy no later than July 15th.
If I receive your payment later than July 15th Narragansett Council
will charge a $25.00 dollar penalty (no
exceptions). All checks are to be made payable to Troop 2 Bronxville.
